Sports Timing, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Diamond PressBox mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide
When you use Diamond PressBox, you may provide:
- Team Information: Team names and settings
- Player Information: Names, jersey numbers, positions, and pronunciation guides
- Audio Preferences: Walk-up song selections, start times, and play durations
- Game Data: Lineups, game schedules, and batting order information
Information Collected Automatically
The App may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: Features used, time spent in app, and interaction patterns
- Crash Reports: Technical information about app crashes to help us improve stability
Information from Third-Party Services
If you connect to Apple Music, we access:
- Song search results based on your queries
- Your Apple Music subscription status (to enable playback)
- Playlist information (if you choose to import playlists)
We do NOT access your full Apple Music library without your explicit action.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App’s functionality
- Store your teams, players, and audio preferences
- Sync your data across your devices via iCloud
- Improve and optimize the App experience
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Respond to your support requests
3. DATA STORAGE AND SYNC
Local Storage
All your data (teams, players, songs) is stored locally on your device.
iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs across your Apple devices using Apple’s CloudKit service. This sync is:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Managed by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure
- Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy
You can disable iCloud sync in your device’s Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
4. INFORMATION SHARING
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share information only in these circumstances:
- With Apple: For iCloud sync and Apple Music functionality
- Service Providers: Analytics providers to help us understand App usage (data is anonymized)
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates with:
Apple Music

- We only access songs you explicitly search for or select

- Used for data sync across your devices

6. DATA RETENTION
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data
- iCloud Data: Remains in your iCloud account until you delete it
- Account Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of any data we may have
7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You have the right to:
- Access: View the data stored in the App at any time
- Correct: Edit your team and player information within the App
- Delete: Remove teams, players, or the entire App and its data
- Opt-Out: Disable iCloud sync or analytics (where applicable)
- Portability: Export your data (feature planned for future update)

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Diamond PressBox is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App may be used by coaches and managers to manage youth sports teams, but children should not create or manage their own accounts.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
9. SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
- Apple’s built-in security for local storage and iCloud
- Regular security reviews of our practices
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to know what personal information we collect
- Right to delete your personal information
- Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The App is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy in the App
- Updating the “Last Updated” date
- Sending a notification through the App (for significant changes)
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
